Vegetarian Southern Fried Squash
This version of deep-fried Southern Squash has three ingredients. Use no liquids. i like to recommend to use a well seasoned forged iron frying pan or a slippery pan. If you don't have either use a bit slippery spray. Its superb the squash and onions turn out their own liquids.
Ingredients
- 1/2 little onion
- 1-1/2 pounds yellow squash
- to style treaty used a teaspoon
Steps
- Slice the squash and onion, heat the pan.
- Add the squash and onion to the pan. Add salt stir usually.
