Vegan Fish Sauce
I found this recipe on Dana Velden's kitchen website. I reviewed a bit. It is definitely my goal. However, the kitchen of the bedroom, of the room, of the apartment, of the small house, of the big house can feel "fish" with the appearance of bites. Powerful thing!
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 shredded seaweed (Wakame we use)
- 6 cups of water
- 6 cloves of garlic
- two teaspoons of spice
- 1/4 cup of dried mushrooms
- 1 cup of mushroom seasoning (I use Pineapple Braggs)
- 1 tablespoon miso
Steps
- Add seaweed, garlic cloves, mushrooms, pepper and water to a large Dutch oven.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. (Wakame can bloom)
- Filter and return the liquid to the pan.
- Pour the liquid into the upper area and use a medium heat. Add real Braggs and also Miso. Bring to a boil until Miso is well mixed.
- Take it out of the heat and leave it on. Add for selected storage containers. I'll add water to fill the 12 ounces. handmade container. Store in the refrigerator each time.
